About the Calendar
So here are my recommendations, the shows I'd like to see. I obviously can't go to them all: price, timing, and conflicting schedules (shows one of my bands are playing are in red... you won't be seeing me at other shows on those nights), but these are the shows in town I'd like to see.
If the point of Alive in Seattle is to encourage people to go to shows, then I probably ought to keep people aware of the shows in town. We're usually spoiled for choice in the ole' Emerald City, but not everything a night has to offer necessarily appeals to me...
